Job Overview:
ICEGATE is hiring Customer Service Executives for the voice process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing support, and ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.

1. Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions
2. Resolve customer queries professionally

6. Coordinate with internal teams when required

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Graduation is mandatory
2. Minimum 1 year of BPO voice process experience on paper
3. Excellent communication skills in English
4. Employment gap should not exceed 6 months from the last organization
