About this Role
Job Overview:
We are hiring experienced Travel Sales Agents for the Flights Process (US PPC Process). The candidate will be responsible for handling customer travel queries, flight bookings, itinerary management, and providing excellent customer support while maintaining airline policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to flight bookings.
2. Assist customers with travel planning, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
3. Provide accurate fare details and travel information.
4. Ensure compliance with airline rules and policies.
5. Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
6. Achieve sales and performance targets.
7. Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Salary:
₹55,000 – ₹60,000 per month
Working Days:
5 Days a Week
Week Off:
2 Rotational Week Offs
Facilities:
1. Cab Facility (Both Side)
2. One-Time Meal Provided
Skills & Knowledge Required:
1. Good communication skills.
2. Strong sales and customer handling skills.
3. Good knowledge of airline policies and ticketing procedures.
4. Ability to work in rotational shifts and target-based environment.
5. Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
