Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Analyst for the Travel Process (US PPC Process). The candidate will be responsible for monitoring calls, evaluating process quality, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring high service standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and evaluate customer interactions and process quality. 2. Ensure adherence to company quality standards and compliance policies. 3. Provide feedback and improvement suggestions to team members. 4. Prepare quality reports and performance analysis. 5. Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions. 6. Requirements
Requirements: 1. Female candidate preferred. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Analysis. 3. Experience in Travel Process / US PPC Process preferred. 4. Strong understanding of quality parameters and audit processes. 5. Good communication and analytical skills. 6. Ability to handle reports and maintain quality documentation. Skills Required: 1.
