Assembler / Production Associate

About this Role

Key Responsibilities: • Assembly of automotive components and parts on the production line • Operating basic assembly tools and machines • Ensuring quality standards during assembly process • Following SOPs and safety guidelines • Checking finished products for defects • Maintaining cleanliness and discipline in the work area • Achieving daily production targets • Supporting supervisors in production activities Shift Timing: 6am to 2pm / 2pm to 10pm / 10pm to 6am 1 holiday in a week rotational Salary & Benefits: • Monthly CTC: 16918 - Inhand monthly - 12800 + 1500 attendance bonus • Overtime per hour: 114 rs • PF & ESI benefits applicable • Canteen - Food will be given • Transport facility will be given both ways • Accommodation need to bear own , support will be provided in searching

Eligibility Criteria • Minimum Qualification: 10th & 12th Pass only can apply • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply • Physically fit for shop floor activities
