About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team for BPO and telesales hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sourcing expertise, and experience handling bulk hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and telesales roles
2Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
3.Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination
4.Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
5.Coordinate with hiring managers for staffing requirements
6.Ensure timely closures of open positions
Salary:
Up to ₹35,000 CTC
Working Days & Timings
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
