1. Assist in daily production and operational activities
2.Operate machinery and equipment under supervision
3. Follow workplace safety and quality standards
4. Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor
5. Coordinate with supervisors and team members for smooth operations
Stipend Structure:-
ITI Candidates:
1st Year
Stipend: ₹15,500
Attendance Reward: ₹1,000
Retention Reward: ₹7,500 (once in 6 months)
Night Shift Allowance
2nd Year
Stipend: ₹16,000
Attendance Reward: ₹1,050
Retention Reward: ₹10,000 (once in 6 months)
Night Shift Allowance
3rd Year
Stipend: ₹17,000
Attendance Reward: ₹1,100
Retention Reward: ₹12,500 (once in 6 months)

Diploma / Degree Candidates:
1st Year
