Key Responsibilities: • Lead and deliver key projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ensure quality and timely delivery Requirements: Job Role & Work Nature - The job role is iPhone Assembly at Tata Electronics. - You will be working in a factory environment where iPhone assembling takes place. - This is a full standing job for 8 hours per shift. - There will be small breaks, but you must be prepared to stand for long hours during work. Salary Structure (For Female Candidates) - CTC: ₹18,000 per month - In-hand salary: ₹13,500 to ₹13,800 per month - Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month - Additional Benefits: - Free Accommodation - Free Transportation (Bus facility) - Food Facility (3 times meals provided daily) Shift Details - Rotational shifts will be assigned: - Morning Shift - Afternoon Shift - Night Shift Accommodation (Hostel Facility) - Minimum 3 candidates per room; in some cases, 5–6 candidates may share a room. - Room selection is not allowed. - Allocation will be done based on availability. - Room change requests can be considered later, but not at the time of joining. Travel & Joining Location - You must travel to Hosur (company location) from your respective location at your own responsibility. - You need to provide travel proof before joining. Eligibility - Qualification: Minimum 10th pass to any higher qualification (including B.Tech). - No salary difference based on qualification. - All candidates will undergo the same training and work expectations.
